I believe it says there will be notice given to the owner prior to their visual inspection. Trouble starts when too much power is supposedly given to a so called inspector. The so called Napoleon effect takes place then. Seen it too many times. Waiting for Mr Bright’s response. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Dave, i generally agree with your position, unless, and here is the fundamental question—— do you surrender your rights of not permitting access to your property when you accept the DRs upon purchase of OP property?
