Hummm. So, an association member could have three junk cars and that is fine and dandy so long as a tarp is thrown over each junker? Do you want to allow that? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Marty I agree with you on both counts. I realize we live in an HOA with certain rules. So many questions. That said how is the homeowner suppose to know it is an inspector and not someone trying to determine if the house is vacant etc. to steal home owner's property or even take illegal possession. Does the home owner have to be made aware of the inspection and if so how much notice must be given. What if the home owner is not home who is to ensure the inspectors do violate the rights of the homeowner by opening up storage sheds, looking under cars that are tarped, in windows etc. I guess the old adage "a man's home is his castle" would no longer apply. |
