For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: In my Section 11, as well as most early documents, it is found at Article 14. “Associations Right to Perform Certain Maintenance“. Such action requires a 2/3 vote of the sitting board in order to be exercised. Inspecting/observing is not performing maintenance. |
