Forgot to mention, the item in M-01 Board Resolution that may interest many owners is the newly included wording that provides inspectors can go on the private property, or some wording to that effect. The issue of inspector access has been contentious for decades, with some owners actually threatening inspectors who came on their property. | ||||||
