The proposed new M-01 says:
ARC shall: 2. Be able to enter onto a lot to conduct an inspection, with the purpose of entry limited to observation and/or documentation, when necessary, and after attempting to obtain the owner's permission. Maybe I am wrong but this does not appear to be in the existing M-01. Difficult to tell as the first reading document does not indicate changes from the prior document. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: For the record, Caliban Realty Corp was represented by Chip Gordy of Bruce’s law firm back in 1986-1987 and found that employees of the Association and ECC representatives did not qualify as to having legal access (license) to private property in Ocean Pines. So, unless the laws have changed, enter my property at your own risk. Marty |
