I would certainly agree however, without a super majority vote by the board I believe it’s trespassing.
I have no idea if you are correct or not. My inclination is to go with the idea that DR acceptance by the buyer and enforcement by the HOA, allows inspectors to go on the property. Surely, after all this time, one would think there is case law on the issue. I have not seen that nor have I seen anyone suggest there is. |
