I could probably dig out the file if it hasn’t been destroyed but really don’t care enough to take the time. Ocean Pines and or Joe Moore should have it? The head inspector for ECC, I think his name was Muir (?) was actually arrested by the Maryland state police and I pressed charges for trespassing and destruction of property. The final resolution was Ocean Pines Association, Inc. repaired or replaced the damage and promised to never trespass on a Caliban property again. I dropped all charges and everybody lived happily ever after. Marty |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: For the record, Caliban Realty Corp was represented by Chip Gordy of Bruce’s law firm back in 1986-1987 and found that employees of the Association and ECC representatives did not qualify as to having legal access (license) to private property in Ocean Pines. Was documentation about that provided to OPA or what?
