Amy, maybe when you were on the board you should have read the governing documents. 
As a source sent to me - Article SIXTH, paragraph 7 is the provision that provides short term or long term occupants to have member rights in fee based amenities. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Not politics. All property owners should get a membership card and if you want the discount, show it. I estimate 30 pool patrons a day at each pool unfairly getting the discount of $5 or $150 a day at each pool times 5 pools is $750 a day times 60 peak days a summer is $45,000.00. I think that's significant. |
