| I am familiar with Associate Memberships. I also know there is abuse of the system in place having witnessed 20 people come thru the pool gates giving the same Ocean Parkway address. Having a card would eliminate that sort of abuse. It's also noteworthy that the last Articles of Amendment and Restatement were signed in 2013. If there is no appetite to look into changing short term rentals, perhaps, changing the language in Sixth, paragraph 7, to make it clear it is for Associate Memberships and not daily fees might be a way to raise revenue and prevent pool capacity issues for members. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Amy, maybe when you were on the board you should have read the governing documents. 
As a source sent to me - Article SIXTH, paragraph 7 is the provision that provides short term or long term occupants to have member rights in fee based amenities. |
