It is simple, If you don't have a owners ID card or OP membership card you get bill the higher rate. You need a card to gain entry to the monthly meetings. Should be no different at any amenity.
You and Amy both fell into the same trap. Article SIXTH, paragraph 7 of the OPA Charter is the provision that provides short-term or long-term occupants to have member rights in fee-based amenities. Renters can pay the owner fee if they show up at the pools with proof of their rental status. The unstated issue is whether staff is checking for that rental status. From what Amy said, and she worked at the pools, the staff is not always checking. This has nothing to do with attending board meetings. Renters have no right to attend board meetings, as far as I am aware. |
