| It is simple, If you don't have a owners ID card or OP membership card you get bill the higher rate. You need a card to gain entry to the monthly meetings. Should be no different at any amenity. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Not politics. All property owners should get a membership card and if you want the discount, show it. I estimate 30 pool patrons a day at each pool unfairly getting the discount of $5 or $150 a day at each pool times 5 pools is $750 a day times 60 peak days a summer is $45,000.00. I think that's significant. |
