For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Using pre stressed concrete units I'm guessing between $9MM and $12MM? Today structures are being "assembled" using this method, much less expensive than the older style "formed & poured" parking structures. What's your guess? Have we ever got an estimate before? |
