For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I'd like to see a legal opinion that OPA could operate all five of our pools as private pools without lifeguards. Have you seen one? Do association members want our pools operated without lifeguards, even if possible? I suspect they would be overwhelmingly against such a move. |
