Using pre stressed concrete units I'm guessing between $9MM and $12MM? Today structures are being "assembled" using this method, much less expensive than the older style "formed & poured" parking structures.
What's your guess? Have we ever got an estimate before? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: bet we could recover the cost in less than ten years How much do you estimate it would cost, even assuming a permit could be obtained, to build a triple-deck parking structure over the entire ocean-side parking lot? |
