Who did you ask for this legal opinion?
Maybe you should ask the Federal judge that decided the IRS case against OPA. Also, I am told The Parke is not 501(c)(4) so why do you keep making the comparison to OPA? Our pools must be open to the general public, just as the beach parking must be open for public purchase of passes. OPA lost big bucks fighting the IRS over the very issue of amenities being open to the general public. Every avenue was exhausted shy of the United States Supreme Cout. OPA lost. That is why today a member of the general public can buy a parking pass. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: ”all our pools must be open to the general public” Sorry but I don’t buy it. I have asked for a legal opinion that backs up this nonsense for ever. Never provided. Tell me please when the indoor pool at the Parke is open to the “general public“? Thanks. Marty |
