Mr. Clarke: I will only respond to you with facts: The “report” is genuine and presented at every Board meeting. Board members are given a printed copy of the GM presentation. I posted the screenshot on the Forum only to counter Stuart Lakernick’s claim that I was providing misinformation and show my source.
Thank you for suggesting that Mr. Moran view the video tape and I suggest you do as well. For your convenience, you will find this at the April Board Meeting video minute mark 16:54. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Ed: First let’s address the “report”. As you know I have enjoyed the privilege of serving on the board for OPA for eight years and I have never seen the report being shown around on the forum. I don’t doubt it exists but it isn’t something typically given to the board. The board in conjunction with the General Manager prepare an agenda. That agenda doesn’t mirror the subject CPI dashboard. I think the 435 in March number was thrown into the ring to make the sitting board look out of control. The real number for the last four months is 100. Don’t believe me, take a minute and check the minutes, meeting agendas or video tape. In order for a member/property owner to be found in violation there must be a majority vote by the board of directors and that my friend is a FACT. Marty |
