First let’s address the “report”. As you know I have enjoyed the privilege of serving on the board for OPA for eight years and I have never seen the report being shown around on the forum. I don’t doubt it exists but it isn’t something typically given to the board. The board in conjunction with the General Manager prepare an agenda. That agenda doesn’t mirror the subject CPI dashboard. 

I think the 435 in March number was thrown into the ring to make the sitting board look out of control. The real number for the last four months is 100. Don’t believe me, take a minute and check the minutes, meeting agendas or video tape.

In order for a member/property owner to be found in violation there must be a majority vote by the board of directors and that my friend is a FACT.
