Initiated simply means 435 violation notices issued by CPI in March 2025. These violations may or may not end up at the board level. This exact same process has gone on for years and everyone understood what it all means. Marty never said a word.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Are you saying that the OPA report that I am seeing says 435 "initiated" and Reynolds (and maybe Peck) said "issued" ? And you think that the simple fact of issuing a violation means nothing until it comes to or is maybe confirmed by the Board ?
