| Whatever argument you are trying to make is beyond absurd. For the record what entity in OPA starts the violation process? I believe that would be CPI. If a homeowner corrects the violation everything ends there. Violation issued, violation remedied, violation closed. Are you saying those should never be reported or counted?? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: ”violations issued by CPI to reach the Board of Directors.” Speaking of facts here is a fact for you, but you obviously don’t get it, the CPI can’t issue a violation! The only thing I am hung up on is your and Amy’s misunderstanding of the DRs. Marty |
