Nothing to do with leaves, BUT:
In May 2018 a forum member wrote: "This is my major issue. Why wouldn’t we want to see other proposals? If you were shopping for a new car you would look and price more than one so why would we not do the same here. Oh that’s right I forgot it’s not there own personal checkbook it’s OURS." Sound like Candidate Amy Peck decrying the desire of some to give Ortt five more years with no bids?? Nope. Esther Diller. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: You write: “Peck publicly stated there were 435 CPI/DR violations handed out to association members in March of 2025. Lakernick wrote, "Contrary to what has been spouted on social media about 435 record breaking new violations in March. I have to tell you that that is flat out false."“ and further “Why he would do so is strange in that Peck was quoting from statistics provided by OPA staff during a board meeting.” And more “Peck was quoting from statistics provided by OPA staff during a board meeting.” Exactly! “Statistics provided by OPA staff during a board meeting“ are NOT VIOLATION. period. You and your candidate Amy Peck are absolutely wrong. One only has to read the minutes and or watch the video of the March board meeting to get correct number. Hell there was only 29 properties even mentioned on the agenda. Marty |
