Speaking of facts here is a fact for you, but you obviously don’t get it, the CPI can’t issue a violation!
Marty, this nonsensical obsession over Peck's comment is sad, and certainly not helping Lakernick, if that is your intention. You want to play some semantics game for purely political purposes. Peck is not involved in some semantics debate. She is simply quoting what OPA staff says are violations. Look again at the image below. It clearly states there were 435 violations initiated by CPI in March 2025. Why are you attacking Peck for quoting what OPA staff provided? Oooops. I forgot - the obsession. If you have a problem with that, take your problem to OPA. Peck did not write it. Peck simply quoted what OPA staff provided to the OPA Board of Directors during a board meeting. Why on earth do you refuse to admit a simple fact that Peck quoted an OPA document?????????? Peck did not create the document. If you want to argue semantics, contact the General Manager and inform him his "CPI Violations Dashboard" is fake news. I'm sure he will be happy to hear from you. Then again, if Peck is elected she might push to use different language on the dashboard. The current board has had years to suggest staff make changes, but never did. And you NEVER made an issue of it, not even when you were on the board. By the way, If you were producing this daashboard, what language would you use? ![]() |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Joe: ”violations issued by CPI to reach the Board of Directors.” Speaking of facts here is a fact for you, but you obviously don’t get it, the CPI can’t issue a violation! The only thing I am hung up on is your and Amy’s misunderstanding of the DRs. Marty |
