For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You and your candidate Amy Peck are absolutely wrong. One only has to read the minutes and or watch the video of the March board meeting to get correct number. Hell there was only 29 properties even mentioned on the agenda. Peck is a not MY candidate, any more than Rakowski and Jacobs. Why, why, why are you and Lakernick so obsessed over the fact that Peck quoted the 435 violation number from information provided by OPA staff at a public board meeting? The 29 properties you want to emphasize as mentioned on the agenda were properties the board was voting on to send to legal in March 2025. Peck never mentioned those. She stated, quite correctly, that CPI issued 435 violations in March 2025. You, as a former board member, as well as Lakernick as OPA president, should know that it may take months for violations issued by CPI to reach the Board of Directors. FACT: CPI iossued 435 violations in March of 2025 and nothing you or Lakernick say can change that FACT. This continued insistence that a FACT IS NOT A FACT IS TROUBLING in that the insistence seems to be totally related to an obsession with Peck. Sad.  |
