Ed, whatever Marty is saying, he should not be so publicly attacking Candidate Amy Peck over it. Peck is simply quoting OPA.
Second column is listed as “New Violations.” Shows 435. Peck did not write that. Why is anyone attacking Peck for quoting an OPA document? This is no more than a disgusting attempt to smear a board candidate. Staff continues to use the exact same language. It seems everyone understood the meaning until Peck quoted it. These attacks on this issue are shameful.  . |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Are you saying that the OPA report that I am seeing says 435 "initiated" and Reynolds (and maybe Peck) said "issued" ? And you think that the simple fact of issuing a violation means nothing until it comes to or is maybe confirmed by the Board ? |
