Correct, I have no faith in the OPA being able to legally enforce the guidelines. I was of much the same opinion when I was a sitting member of the board.
Unbelievable. Why are we paying Bruce Bright when we have you and John McLaughlin, and Ken Korokonay?
The ESBA lawsuit was about only one issue. True. That issue was the ability of OPA to set coverage limits on lots in the Guidelines, if my memory is correct. The builders LOST. OPA WON. Ipso facto |
