Unbelievable. A former board member saying the OPA Guidelines are not enforceable.I suppose the court case of Eastern Shore Builders versus OPA from back in the 80s (??) is meaningless, even though OPA won when the court essentially declared OPA could enforce Guidelines based on the DRs.

OPA management has approved me placing more than one candidate sign as long as second or third signs are all for different candidates.

Do you have a copy of that, or is yet another item created from memory?
