| We need to come up with a list of items, we as a community, are knowingly not enforcing when it comes to our DRs. Or to tell people these are allowed. i.e., size of trash cans [20 gal], trash can screens for those that own garages, like you pointed out 1 Ton vehicles, front yard and back yard fire pits[permitted], tents/quick-ups, clothes lines, parking in back yard, [fences/barriers] on the driveway, reflectors on the driveway... | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The DRs make interesting reading: (o) No vehicle shall be parked on any street in the Subdivision. No truck of any type shall be parked for storage overnight or longer, on any lot in the Section or Subdivision in such a manner as to be visible to the occupants of other lots in the Section or Subdivision or the users of any street, waterway, or golf course within the Section or Subdivision, unless the prior written approval of the Committee has been obtained. Amended: "8 A (o). No vehicle shall be parked on any street in the subdivision. No vehicle, with a load capacity of one (1) ton or greater, including but not limited to commercial trucks, trailer trucks, and buses shall be parked or stored overnight or longer on any lot in the Section or Subdivision in such a manner as to be visible to the occupants of other lots in the Section or Subdivision or the users of any street, waterway or golf course within the Section or Subdivision, unless the prior written approval of the Committee has been obtained." |
