There are too many "leaf maintenance" violations to count.

Strangely, there are only 10 or so trash can violations, yet there are perhaps thousands of those around OP. Trash cans stored in front of homes make this place look like a run-down trailer park.

The sudden inspection emphasis, after more than 50 years and with questionable actual DR violation, seems to be lots with leaves in a forest! OPA president Stuart Lakernick and other board members apparently fully support what many see as Draconian, relatively new, rules on leaves, citing fire danger. Yet the board a few years ago passed a Guideline to allow open burning of wood in total violation of the DRs.

The next big CPI push appears to be coming after anything over 10-inches high in the area between the ditch and the edge of road paving. Many owners have reflectors on thin aluminum poles to mark their driveway, or along the edge of the road to discourage parking on a lawn the DRs require them to maintain.

There are many house signs, electric light posts, etc. in this area. I'd put the number of potential "10-inch" violations at 3000 or more.
