We need to come up with a list of items, we as a community, are knowingly not enforcing when it comes to our DRs.
Who is "we?" Or to tell people these are allowed. i.e., size of trash cans [20 gal], trash can screens for those that own garages, like you pointed out 1 Ton vehicles, front yard and back yard fire pits[permitted], tents/quick-ups, clothes lines, parking in back yard, [fences/barriers] on the driveway, reflectors on the driveway... Those items are in the publishd Guidelines as far as I am aware. Of course Guidelines are more subject to a challenge by association members than the Declarations of Restrictions. OPA will not likely publish anything that specifically states some DR will not be enforced. |
