Anyone looking at the long list of violations will note there are no street addresses included, only section/lot numbers.
As I recall, the list initially included lot numbers. Former board member Amy Peck linked the public list on Facebook, or published it on Facebook, if I recall correctly. The then board (and continuing), obsessed with whatever Peck writes, became upset and attacked her for doing so. The street addresses were removed from the list of violations. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: What’s more disconcerting is the number of outstanding cases sent to legal, many over a year old. I was under the impression that the board could approve hiring a contractor to resolve the issues and bill the homeowner for the cost. I assume most of those violations are for more serious matters. Am I mistaken? |
