Again, going from memory, perhaps it is the DR section that grants boards ability to grant exceptions. Will take a look. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Understood…I just think a board saying that the DR’s don’t apply (in the case of open burning of wood) just weakens enforcement of any DR’s. Again what gives the board power to modify the DR’s without members consent? |
