| We don’t want fire hazards but you can light a fire anytime you want. So you are saying a document that is binding isn’t? There seems to be something very arbitrary and wrong if any given board can choose to waive or make exceptions to the DR’s. I thought a change in the DR’s required a vote by each section? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: but unilaterally has ignored and reinterpreted and chosen not to enforce a DR that is quite clear on open burning. “No outside burning shall be permitted…” Perhaps you forget the board can probably grant exceptions. |
