For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The scores of leaf maintenance violations are being cited per DR section 8.L. which reads in part: All lots shall be maintained to prevent them becoming unsightly by reason of unattractive growth or the accumulation of rubbish or debris thereon. For 50 years OPA determined that rubbish and debris was exactly that, trash and other unsightly objects strewn on the property. OPA leadership has now determined that unraked leaves are rubbish and debris. |
