| Understood…I just think a board saying that the DR’s don’t apply (in the case of open burning of wood) just weakens enforcement of any DR’s. Again what gives the board power to modify the DR’s without members consent? | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The DRs also say no parking on streets and no vehicles over 1 ton capacity. Again, I am not a lawyer but ultimately slk these issues are for a court. All it would take is money. Meantime all we have are discussions about opinions. Interesting but that’s about it. ARC/ECC has granted more variances over the years than you can shake a stick at. |
