| I have reread the DR’s and find nothing that gives the board or anyone representing OPA to have the authority to unilaterally change the DR’s. The ECC/CPI? can grant variances on a case by case basis but it does not give broad authority to reinterpret or modify the DR’s . Perhaps attorney Bright will weigh in here as he is apt to do when Board actions have been questioned in the past. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Again what gives the board power to modify the DR’s without members consent? Again, going from memory, perhaps it is the DR section that grants boards ability to grant exceptions. Will take a look. |
