The DRs also say no parking on streets and no vehicles over 1 ton capacity.
Again, I am not a lawyer but ultimately slk these issues are for a court. All it would take is money. Meantime all we have are discussions about opinions. Interesting but that’s about it. ARC/ECC has granted more variances over the years than you can shake a stick at. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We don’t want fire hazards but you can light a fire anytime you want. So you are saying a document that is binding isn’t? There seems to be something very arbitrary and wrong if any given board can choose to waive or make exceptions to the DR’s. I thought a change in the DR’s required a vote by each section? |
