| I find it interesting that at the beginning of the meeting a point was made that the only thing to discuss was to keep the election without Farr and Farris eligibility was not to be discussed. On numerous occasions Farr‘s eligibility was then discussed…mostly negative comments about Farr. This does not appear to be a fair way to handle this. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Amy, I agree. Horn spoke better for the board majority than anyone else, including any comments from OPA counsel. Can’t recall her exact language, but it was essentially that Farr bears a great deal of responsibility for filling out the application form with misinformation, including that he was a property owner going back to 1999. At any rate, everything is apparently now in the hands of the court. |
