Amy, I agree. Horn spoke better for the board majority than anyone else, including any comments from OPA counsel. Can’t recall her exact language, but it was essentially that Farr bears a great deal of responsibility for filling out the application form with misinformation, including that he was a property owner going back to 1999.
At any rate, everything is apparently now in the hands of the court. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Daly didn't vote. Doug Parks did not send in a proxy. Janisak & Rogers voted to rescind. Perrone, Brown & Horn voted against. I thought Horn had excellent reasoning for her position. |
