| About same time Farr’s lawyer was filing in Snow Hill asking a court to stop the election, the board voted to continue with the election as is, with three eligible candidates and Farr ineligible. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Don’t have all the details as yet but I am told Rick Farr’s lawyer has filed court documents asking for some sort of relief to have the court stop the election until the court can review the case. What will happen is anyone’s guess. |
