Joe, just some observations after watching the video of the meeting and reading the thousands of posts on the election. It seems obvious that a court will be involved in the decision to allow Rick Farr to be eligible, but a disturbing trend is how the leadership of the present board is operating. I know politics are politics. but do things have to be so coincidental?
After the president in his opening remarks correctly states that at a special meeting only the topic on the agenda can be discussed, the comments from the public and from the directors themselves turn immediately to the eligibility of Rick Farr! Also, who is Frank Brown? He seems to be someone appointed just to give the president 2 votes on all subjects. The only comment I ever heard him make is in a previous meeting he said something to the effect that he and his neighbors don't even know who is running for the board,? What kind of an appointment was this? A whistleblower 2 weeks before the end of the election? I really think that people are upset with the leadership of the board and the fact that Rick Farr may be ineligible just takes away a vote if someone already voted. I dont think that Rick Farr is the savior, I think anyone short of a convicted criminal could win, just to send a message that the way the president is running things is not going unnoticed. John |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Don’t have all the details as yet but I am told Rick Farr’s lawyer has filed court documents asking for some sort of relief to have the court stop the election until the court can review the case. What will happen is anyone’s guess. |
