I do think Farr's attorney will get a TRO to stop the election since they are relatively easy to obtain. The tough part is proving the need for a permanent injunction. That usually has to be done within 10 days.

I once got a TRO to stop the FDIC from closing down a small bank that was in a bankruptcy estate that I trusteed. I won the TRO but I was slaughtered in the hearing for a permanent injunction. "Mr Moran, do you really believe that you are more qualified than the FDIC to close down a bank??" "Uhhhh, No, Your Honor." "Dismissed!"  You win some; you lose some..badly. To the plus side, the judge was grinning at me. Over time, she and I became good friends.
