I am not sure what you mean. I am thinking you are referencing comments made about Farr AFTER public comments during board discussion of the motion.
The limitation on discussing Farr’s eligibility only applied to public comments. Board members are not limited by that when discussing a motion. During public comments it seems the vast majority were supportive of Farr. In terms of fairness, many of the public comments actually did deal with Farr’s eligibility. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I find it interesting that at the beginning of the meeting a point was made that the only thing to discuss was to keep the election without Farr and Farris eligibility was not to be discussed. On numerous occasions Farr‘s eligibility was then discussed…mostly negative comments about Farr. This does not appear to be a fair way to handle this. |
