I am late to this thread, but I would be very surprised if either Tom or Dave are going to make that kind of commitment. It is a full time job. I would suggest that there is at least three current employees who, should the current GM leave, are well qualified to fill in while the search that Tom Herrick proposed months ago is accomplished.
