I am sure some would be retaine, but the goal of the exercise is to lower the cost to our membership through efficiency and use of outsourced management expertise.
Retained by whom? OPA or the management company? Who would occupy the offices at the Admin building? Or could we use most of that building for card playing after we hire a management company? I'm one association member who would need a great deal of convincing before I'd support a management company. What if the new management company hired our current GM? A major management company already hired a GM you and three other board members voted to fire. Maybe he'll be back.
