Marty I'd hope that we would still have a local director of Public Works, not some off-site "expert". Same with our head of aquatics, maybe some others -- Police chief -- etc. "Efficiency" can be overdone. Service can suffer with staff cuts. Also morale can falter. But I'm thinking in the YC food mgt there could be improvements. Recommending better purchasing food sources might bring to light cost efficiency. We'd all welcome better YC results. And some higher expertise in IT could bring improvements, IMO. Seems that a balance would be needed. Recommendations given. Not just swinging the axe against current personnel, by outside "experts". Tom |
