If and when I get the time i'll look back on some post and let you know, but one that comes to mind in the covered pool, small minority and the BOD jumps through hoops.
A management company would have had no impact on the covered pool decision. Four board members wanted that pool and nothing was going to dissuade them. Management companies do not replace board. Board still have control. |
