Can you list a few of these "many issues?" If and when I get the time i'll look back on some post and let you know, but one that comes to mind in the covered pool, small minority and the BOD jumps through hoops. Robert. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: a management company should be taking care of everyday operations just like Columbia and many other larger HOAs. Columbia hires outside management companies? Is that for the umbrella HOA or the individual 20 or so HOAs, or both? A community minded BOD would investigate the pros and cons of a management company, investigate several management companies and not just on the opinion of some association members, which has been the case on many issues. Can you list a few of these "many issues?" |
