For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Here are the proposed revisions to the ARC Guidelines. There was already a first reading. How many association members do you think know the rather substantial proposed changes? Some appear to look beneficial. Deciding what are and what may need changes or elimination is no simple task. For example, one potential change all association members should be happy to see is that prior approvals of permits for parking RVs and travel trailers will be void when the original owner sells. I suspect we may have Bruce Bright to thank for that. A lot of work went into this. Doesn't mean it is perfect, or even close to perfect. The first board review was rubber-stamped. Link Below:
