| The last ARC Guideline changes had no red lined version included in the Board packet. I made both public comments and sent emails demanding that all future revisions include a red lined version. The June Board meeting did. This helps homeowners and Directors see the proposed changes and increases transparency | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: At least I prevailed in having these redlined changes actually included in the Board packet. For what meeting? If you mean the June board meeting, why do you say you prevailed? Are you saying it was only in the June board packet because you made it happen? I do not understand your comment. |
