The only public comment was from me..I have yet to receive an answer from counsel regarding my questions. Elaine Brady was the only director to respond to my email. She said Guidelines would he grandfathered in (this was regarding my railings question and the new language in revisions). If that is the case I assume all new guideline changes are grandfathered including "leaves are not acceptable ground cover"  . At least I prevailed in having these redlined changes actually included in the Board packet.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If it gets rubber stamped again, when will the new guidelines take affect? Not sure. Perhaps immediately. The first reading was at June board meeting. The board spent a total of four minutes on it. Elaine Brady was the only speaker. She addressed changes in general. There were no comments by any other board member. and NOTHING was “read” from the document. I think the board plans a Town Hall on the proposed Guideline changes. Good news for Ken. |
This perhaps after pressure from realtors. Likely after election.
