At least I prevailed in having these redlined changes actually included in the Board packet.
For what meeting? If you mean the June board meeting, why do you say you prevailed? Are you saying it was only in the June board packet because you made it happen? I do not understand your comment. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: The only public comment was from me..I have yet to receive an answer from counsel regarding my questions. Elaine Brady was the only director to respond to my email. She said Guidelines would he grandfathered in (this was regarding my railings question and the new language in revisions). If that is the case I assume all new guideline changes are grandfathered including "leaves are not acceptable ground cover"  . At least I prevailed in having these redlined changes actually included in the Board packet.
